New Music Video From Tai Shan — Anything is Possible
In the Spring of 2014, Bushwick artist Tai Shan released Living Fiction, an album composed entirely of songs inspired by literature. And just this week she released a music video for a song on that album Anything is Possible. It was inspired by the classic Mary Oliver poem The Summer Day.
“Anything is Possible is for all those who put their mind to achieving something. Inspired by Mary Oliver’s words ‘What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’ from her poem The Summer Day. This poem hung on my fridge as a young girl, and when a friend of mine was starting a new band I thought back on Mary’s words.”

We’ll get to Tai’s music video in a second. First you need to spend some time with the poem that inspired it — as read by Mary Oliver herself.
All right. The time has finally come… Here is Tai Shan’s new music video for Anything is Possible. If you look closely you will notice an appearance by fellow Bushwick artist Katrina Kope.
This song and is available for purchase over on Tai Shan’s Bandcamp page.
